Bennu was created out of the desire to embody the feminine spirit with attention to both function and fashion. Inspired by a sculptural art house built in the 70's in the mountains of Crested Butte, Colorado by the designer's artist grandmother.

Bennu is a blend of the dreamer and the realist—fashion without sacrificing function. We aim to create technical clothing that flatters the female form and allows you to explore new places, express yourself creatively, and live your life to the fullest. We hope to inspire women who are breaking boundaries and exploring new places—women who love the ease of looking good while going from social activity to adventure.    

Ours is a performance-driven activewear with a clean aesthetic that emphasizes comfort and mobility while looking chic. When you feel your best you feel beautiful, whether you're hiking, running errands, enjoying a local trail, or even just lounging around at home.

Where it All Began

Bennu was created out of the desire to embody the feminine spirit with attention to both function and fashion. Inspired by a sculptural art house built in the 70's in the mountains of Crested Butte, Colorado by the designer's artist grandmother.

How the Beauty of Crested Butte Inspired the Designer

With incomparable views that are reminiscent of the Swiss Alps, Crested Butte is a unique blend of a quirky hippie town with a Western edge. It evokes an invigorating sense that you are far removed from your everyday reality - with a hint of adventure everywhere you turn.
The designer's grandmother discovered this oasis in the late 60's early 70's and passed along her love of this town and its surrounding environment to the designer. It is home, it is blissful.

The Sculpture House

The Sculpture House structure fully incorporates recycled pieces, whether from nature, or man. It was built to inspire how mankind lives and responds with their surrounding environment. The artist's intention, as one walks into the aptly named "Phoenix" house, is to feel as if you've been reborn.
The raw components of the house became art pieces in their own right, and their combination transformed the house into a unique art form, evoking spiritual rebirth and the admiration of the surrounding majestic environment.
