SPECIAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS
FOLLOW THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH THE GARMENT
Care instructions are included on the product label located on the inside of most garments. Specific instructions provided by the manufacturer of technical fabrics should be followed in addition to the instructions we provide. We recommend following these instructions in order to maximize the garment's performance and lifespan.
We recommend turning garments inside out, closing all zippers, emptying all pockets, and sealing all openings before washing. Again, please follow the wash instructions that came with your garment.
Consider using specialty cleaning products made for technical fabrics. There are a variety of specialty cleaning products designed for washing technical fabrics. These products leave little-to-no residue, which can be a problem with traditional laundry detergents.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, things will change as we grow. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch internationally!
Unless otherwise noted, orders shipped via UPS will ship within 1-3 business days of order placement date.
Express orders placed before 12 o'clock Noon EST will ship the same day. Express orders placed after 12 o'clock Noon EST will ship the next business day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags. We will only accept returns within 14 business days from when the order was delivered.
All order placed before NYE have an extended return policy for 30 days
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you'd like to request a return or exchange, please email us at info@bennunyc.com for a return authorization.
Returns are only accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to prevent the return of personally damaged or used garments and to assure the highest quality of our products.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style.
Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to items marked Final Sale. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
We hope this does not happen, and if we does we do apologize that you received a damaged item. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this!
